I recently finished this sword, which is a small version of the sword I did last year. It is ground from 1/4 RWL-34 with Ironwood handle. I like making projects like this as it is totally different from what I normally do and I can take a few days out of the normal scedule to work on it.

My first handmade pen!

made this the other night while needing a break from knifemaking..made from solid titanium 6Al4V drilling long holes in titanium sucks!....taping large diameter threads sucks..!

anyways I like the result but it was a great pain to make so I wont take orders just yet and this one is not for sale....

My forum on the USN vs my website vs Ansoknives Blog

A small note about what you can expect of the different medias I use....

This blog will give you the latest news from me but in a cooked down version with just a few picturesd of each project.

The forum on the USN (see link in in the menu to the right) is used to post much more of the latest news, have discussions on my projects and for customers and friends to post questions, pictures of their knives and general smalltalk.

My website at is for my pictures of my regular model with prices, orderinfo etc.

When I have various knives for sale they will first go on the USN forum and this blog and whats left after a couple days will end up on the site. The reason why I do not put them on the site right away is that it requieres much more work to do so than by using the blog and forum
I fnished this Bali Amok a couple weeks ago. Damasteel blade, titanium handles with titanium bolsters and tranlucent G10 scales.

The latch is also made from damasteel!

Here is the fullsized Amok...I just LOVE this model..! :) Posted by Picasa
Slowly learning this forgive me for only putting a few pic up at a time... :)

anyways this a small detail from the Amok.. Posted by Picasa

Here is a few knives I have made ready for the Vegas knifeshow....what you see is a Mofo with blue/black G10, a Nemo with green/black/grey G10 and a Amok with translucent G10....Enjoy!
